A $100,000 endowment fund, assembled over ten years time, will assure the perpetual care of the graves already in Western Lutheran Cemetery and any others that should choose to be buried there. (It is important to note that the first requirement for a cemetery in the eyes of those who choose it for burial is the ability to care for the grave and surrounding grounds perpetually, that means forever.) We feel that especially those who have family members buried in our cemetery will want to become part of this fund. All gifts to this fund are tax-deductible. More importantly, by contributing to this endowment, you have the assurance that you are creating basic work for homeless individuals who come to Immanuel on a weekly basis.
